This DVD was never intended to see online release. It was intended to remain as an exclusive DVD product, available only to those dedicated Hour of Power enthusiasts who purchased a copy during the years it was in production. It was meant to be for its time only.
But something in the world changed in 2020. The outbreak of the coronavirus and the impact it continues to have everywhere and on everyone – including the Hour of Power Instructor Community and the people who they lead. And for this reason, we are making this workout available once again.
I trust that you, the ‘do-er’, will protect this product’s best interests, by not publicly sharing this content or allowing access to third parties. Access to this rare footage is your privilege as an Hour of Power client. I ask you to protect it as such.
And above all, I wish you a successful workout – whoever you are and wherever you are. It is ten years since I filmed this DVD and though much has changed in ten years, one thing that hasn’t really changed is the power of this workout. And there are times when exercise, done in this way, can get us through dark patches or deep personal challenges. So whatever the many un-certainties of this Coronavirus crisis, let the positive impact of each new ‘Hour of Power’ session you complete, remain one of the undeniable, unstoppable certainties.
